Let a bailable warrant be issued against the revisionist to be executed by C.J.M. Bijnor with a direction that in case, the revisionist appears and surrenders before him, he shall be released on fresh bail on his furnishing a P.B. and two sureties of like amount to his satisfaction and also on furnishing a undertaking that he shall appear before this Court by the next date fixed positively.
On perusal of the order-sheet it also appears that the office has not submitted any report with respect to the receipt of the record of the Trial Court rather, has annexed only a copy of the judgement of the Trial Court in the form of receipt of Lower Court record which is improper.
A clear report must be submitted by the Office as to whether the Trial Court record has been received by them or not and if the same has not been received, the same shall be summoned from the concerned Judgeship, positively, within three weeks.
