The petitioner is aggrieved by the non execution of the sale deed of the land which he has purchased in the public auction held on 28.1.2000.
The petitioner contends that though he was put in possession after the entire sale consideration was deposited by him but only on account of an application for recall pending in the writ petition challenging the said auction, the sale deed has not been executed.
Sri Ravindra Singh, who has accepted notice on behalf of U.P. Financial Corporation- respondents no.2 and 3, is directed to file counter affidavit within a month. Two weeks' thereafter is allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
List for admission/final disposal after expiry of aforesaid period.
