This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:

" issue a writ , order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned award dated 24.7.2018 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal of the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Cuncil, Udyog Bhawan, Kanpur Respondent no. 4 in the claim petition no. 86 of 2017 filed by the respondent no. 5 (Annexure no. 1 to the writ petition)."

At the very outset, learned Standing counsel submitted that against the impugned order, the petitioner has an alternative remedy to file an objection as provided under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act ,1996 but instead of availing the said remedy he has chosen to file the present writ petition which is not maintainable.

In view of the above, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter The writ petition is accordingly dismissed
