From perusal of record, it appears that stay order was passed by this Court on 24.11.2005 in respect of Case No. 7461 of 2001; State Vs. Ishlam and another, under Sections 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Saharanpur.

Since no one is present on behalf of the applicant and the matter is held up for more than 15 years, stay order dated 24.11.2005 is vacated.
