Heard Sri Shailednra Kumar, holding brief of Sri Mayankar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Devendra Mohan Shukla, who has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2.

At the outset Sri Shukla has submitted that in compliance of the order dated 18.1.2019 passed by this Court, he has received fresh instructions from the C.B.S.E. Board and submits that vide final reminder dated 31.01.2019 the opposite party no.3 has been asked to submit the relevant documents so that the needful may be done.

Issue notice to the respondent no. 3 returnable at an early date.

List on 08.04.2019.

The opposite party no.3 shall file the counter affidavit before that date and specifically mention as to why the relevant documents sought by C.B.S.E. Board vide its final reminder dated 31.01.2019 have not been sent and who is responsible for the same, as due to this inaction on the part of the school, the petitioner is suffering.
