Judgement Date : 25 March, 2019
HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD ?Court No. - 18 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 4160 of 2019 Petitioner :- Kiran Tripathi Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ravindra Nath Yadav,Abhishek Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Ashok Kumar Yadav Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that in response to the notice dated 8.2.2019 a reply has already been submitted by the petitioner before the District Basic Education Officer, Prayagraj/respondent no.4. The copy of the reply submitted by the petitioner dated 21.2.2019 is appended as annexure no.17 to the writ petition. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents will pass the order without providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
In this background of the matter, a prayer was made by him to issue a mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to pass appropriate orders on the objections submitted by the petitioner expeditiously after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
At this point of time, it is contended by Sri A. K. Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 that earlier the petitioner approached this Court by filing Writ A No.2746 of 2019 (Kiran Tripathi Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others). He further contended that present writ petition be decided along-with the said writ petition.
Put up on 28.3.2019 as fresh along-with Writ A No.2746 of 2019 (Kiran Tripathi Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others).
Order Date :- 25.3.2019
