Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

The case as per learned counsel for the petitioners is that despite making promotion of the petitioners on the post of Regional Ayurvedic and Unani Officer, the posting on the promotional post has not been made by the Competent Authority till date, resultant thereof, the petitioners are bound to discharge their duties under the administrative control of their junior.

List this petition on 03.04.2019 as fresh to enable the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel to seek complete instructions in the matter.
