An impleadment application has been filed by Sri B.N. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner to implead 'Prescribed Authority, Assets Reconstruction Company India Ltd.' as respondent no.5.

Impleadment application is allowed.

Office is directed to allot regular number to the impleadment application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the aforesaid party as respondent no.5 during the course of the day.

It has been informed by Sri R.K. Ojha, learned Senior Advocate that respondent no.5 is to be represented by Sri Pranjal Malhotra, Advocate who is out of station.

Sri Krishna Mohan Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent no.4-Bank states that he has no instructions.

As such, let this matter be listed in the additional cause list on 02.07.2019 before appropriate Bench, meanwhile, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 and 5 may take instructions.

In the meanwhile, status quo as on date shall be maintained.
