Heard Sri Asheesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been given with the prayer to expedite the trial of Complaint Case No. 4115 of 2018 (Smt. Pratibha Gupta Vs. Smt. Shalini Jalan), under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, P.S. New Civil Lines, District Muzaffarnagar, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar.

Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that he wants early disposal of said complaint case which is based on dis-honour of cheque. The prayer of learned counsel for the applicant appears to be genuine.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the said prayer.

Accordingly, the application is finally disposed of with the direction to the learned trial court to decide the said complaint case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
