The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition challenging the order dated 21.5.2019 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Prayagraj and order dated 5.4.2019 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Pratapgarh rejecting the claim set up by the petitioners no.1 and 2 respectively.

Learned Standing Counsel pointed out that the order dated 5.4.2019 rejecting the claim of the petitioner no.2 is pertaining to District Pratapgarh.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner made a request to delete the name of the petitioner no.2 from the array of parties and now he is confined the present writ petition only in respect of petitioner no.1 regarding which the order dated 21.5.2019 was passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Prayagraj.

The request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted. The present writ petition is confined only in respect of petitioner no.1.

In so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, she is free to approach the competent court raising her grievance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the claim of petitioner for consideration of her appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher were wholly illegally rejected by the respondent no.5.

The matter requires consideration.

Counter affidavit be filed by all the respondents within six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks' thereafter.

List immediately thereafter.
