Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the A.C.J.M. Muzaffar Nagar to consider and decide the Complaint Case No. 3568 of 2018 (Sudhir Kumar Vs. Rishipal Malik), under section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar within the stipulated period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the A.C.J.M. Muzaffar Nagar to consider and decide the Complaint Case No. 3568 of 2018 (Sudhir Kumar Vs. Rishipal Malik), under section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
