Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the C.J.M., Ghazipur to decide the Complaint Case No. 973 of 2014 (Bachchan Singh Vs. Rajesh Kumar Singh alias Pappu and others) under section 500 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Ghazipur within a period of one month.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the C.J.M., Ghazipur to decide the Complaint Case No. 973 of 2014 (Bachchan Singh Vs. Rajesh Kumar Singh alias Pappu and others) under section 500 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Ghazipur in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
