Heard Sri Anurag Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Notices on behalf of opposite party Nos.1, 2, 3 & 4 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.
Since the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has been directed to seek specific instructions in the matter, therefore, as to whether the notices to opposite party Nos.5 & 6 would be issued, shall be considered on the next date.
By means of this writ petition, the precise controversy is that as to whether while making appointment in the Institution in question other than the teaching staff the prior approval from the Competent Authority i.e. Inspector would be required or not. If such prior approval is required then what would be the stage of approval.
On the next date, learned counsel for the respective parties shall address the Court on the aforesaid legal point.
