The writ petition, interalia, has been filed for the following reliefs:

"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to release the balance stipend of the petitioner according to the attendance showing by the diometric device within stipulated time as directed this Hon'ble Court.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to disburse the future stipend when it become due according to biometric device attendance."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within the stipulated period .

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent no.3- District Magistrate, District Kashganj ventilating his grievances within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
