This case was mentioned in the morning but due to paucity of time, it could not be taken up today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court towards order dated 15.03.2019 passed by this Court in the matter i.e. (Writ Petition No.7854 (S/S) of 2019) and perusal thereof reveals there was prima-facie satisfaction of the Court, therefore, the counter affidavit was called, but no counter affidavit has yet been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the opposite parties have not permitted the petitioner to submit his joining even on daily wages basis and in view of the observations made by this Court, atleast the petitioner should have been permitted to submit his joining.

List this petition on 18.04.2019 as fresh.

In the meantime, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel may seek instructions in the matter as to whether the petitioner may be permitted to submit his joining or not in view of the observations of this Court vide order dated 15.03.2019.
