This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 17.9.2017.

The correction application is allowed.

In the first paragraph of the third line of the judgment dated 17.9.2017, the word 'claimant - respondent no.1" be read as 'respondent / claimant'

When the matter was settled in the Lok Adalat, this matter was cognizable by Division Bench. However, after the amendment in Rules, it has become a Single Judge matter.

Hence, the matter is placed before the undersigned.
