Heard Sri Shailesh Kumar Pathak for the petitioner and AGA for State.

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to Superintendent of Police, Sonbhadra and Station House Officer, P.S. Chopan, district Sonbhadra (respondents-2 and 3) to ensure fair investigation in Case Crime No. 0005 of 2019, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, P.S. Chopan, district Sonbhadra and submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. in it.

It has been stated that F.I.R. was lodged on 10.01.2019 but the police is not proceeding in the matter.

In the fact of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to Superintendent of Police, Sonbhadra and Station House Officer, P.S. Chopan, district Sonbhadra (respondents-2 and 3) to ensure fair and proper investigation in Case Crime No. 0005 of 2019, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, P.S. Chopan, district Sonbhadra and submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. in it expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before them.
