It is contented by learned counsel for the petitioner that identical controversy is pending consideration before this Court in Writ A No. 4792 of 2019 (Amar Singh and another Vs.State of U.P. and 4 others). In the said writ petition following order was passed on 30th March,2019-

" A letter dated 6.9.2018 was written by the District Basic Education Officer Kaushambi to the Secretary, Board of High School and Intermediate Education U.P. Allahabad. In response to the same, a reply has been given by the Secretary, Board of High School and Intermediate Education U.P. Allahabad to the District Basic Education Officer Kaushambi on 11.9.2018.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in response to the reply given by the Secretary, Board of High School and Intermediate Education U.P. Allahabad, till date no decision has been taken by District Basic Education Officer Kaushambi.

In the circumstances, on the request made by Sri Harsh Vardhan Gupta, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4/ District Basic Education Officer Kaushambi, two weeks time is granted to seek instructions in the matter.

Put up this matter as fresh on 16.4.2019. "

In view of the same, connect this petition with Writ A No. 4792 of 2019 and put up on the date fixed.
