The prayer no.b is modified by the counsel for the petitioner orally and he has requested that while considering the case of respondent no.5 pursuant to the order dated 23.7.2018, all the grievance raised by petitioner herein may be considered by the Authority concerned.

He has requested this Court that he does not press this matter on merits. No other request is made. The complainant has a genuine grievance against respondent no. 5 and the grievance is that the representation made by him may be considered by the Authority concerned while deciding the matter of respondent no.5 pursuant to the order of the Authority concerned dated 23.7.2018 who has directed the concerned Officer to reconsider the case of respondent no. 5 who was a fair price shop dealer .

With these observations, he is permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage.
