Heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused the application.

The correction application is allowed.

The words "District Judge, Jhansi" occurring in first and second line of second paragraph in the order dated 18.9.2018 shall be read as "Court of Small Cause Court, Jhansi" and the words"the District Judge, Jhansi acting as" occurring in second line of third paragraph are deleted. As such, the order dated 18.9.2018 passed by the Court stands corrected.
