It has been precedent of this High Court that where there is inter caste marriage. A demand draft in the name of girl requires to be ordered.

The petitioner no. 2 take out demand draft of Rs.50,000/- in favour of petitioner no. 1 on or before 3rd October, 2018 and place the same before this Court. Petitioners shall remain present before this Court on 3rd October, 2018. Meanwhile, if they apply for protection, the authority concerned shall grant them interim protection.
