Learned counsel for respondent states that his client has not contacted him and, therefore, he has not written a letter from 20th August, 2018. I withdraw the proposal for mediation as it appears that neither the counsel for petitioner nor the counsel for respondent are willing to go for mediation, as if they were willing to mediate. Learned counsel would have sent a letter to their clients which has not yet been done.
