Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks' further time and no more to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
Sri Awadhesh Kumar Shukla, Sri Omkar Singh, Sri Amit Kumar Singh Bhadauria and Sri Amarendra Nath Tripathi, Advocates are intending to file impleadment applications, the same may be filed in the Registry.
Learned counsel for the petitioner may file objection against the impleadment applications within a period of one week after filing the said applications.
It has been intimated at the bar that some impleadment applications have already been filed, which are pending for disposal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to file objections against the said applications within a period of one week.
List in the week commencing 12.11.2018. On the said date, the impleadment applications shall be disposed of finally.
