Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that despite order passed by this Court on 04.05.2018, the petitioners have not been paid their pensionery benefits.

Since the pleadings in this case have been exchanged and the issue relates to the payment of pensionery benefits, therefore, list this petition in the week commencing 22.10.2018 for peremptory hearing.
