In the report of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar dated 5.1.2018 it has been mentioned that the appellant Suraj Prasad Sahu has died on 25.6.2005.

The sole appellant Suraj Prasad Sahu has died, therefore, this appeal stands abated.
