Heard Sri A.K.Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P.Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondents no.2 and 3 to conclude fair investigation in case crime No.634 of 2017, under Sections 323, 504, 326, 449, 307 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Etawah.
It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the informant of the present case and he has come up before this Court with a prayer that direction be given to respondents no.2 and 3 for fair investigation in the matter as he apprehends that investigation is not being carried out in a fair and proper manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation of the present case and submit a police report before the Magistrate concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
It is further directed that the S.S.P.,Etawah shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
