Heard Sri Ausaf Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Notice for opposite party No.1 has been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, Sri Savitra Vardhan Singh, learned counsel has filed Vakalatnama for opposite party No.2, the same is taken on record, whereas Sri Ram Pratap Singh Chauhan, learned counsel has put in appearance for opposite party Nos.3 & 4.

Learned counsel(s) for the parties have submitted that the identical writ petition bearing Writ Petition No.12273 (S/S) of 2018 is pending before this Court, wherein an interim protection has been granted to the petitioners to the effect that till the next date of listing, the salary which the petitioners are getting, shall be protected.

Let the counter affidavits be filed by the opposite parties within a period of three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a period of ten days thereafter.

List after expiry of the aforesaid period along with Writ Petition No.12273 (S/S) of 2018.

Till the next date of listing, the petitioners of this writ petition shall be given the benefit of order dated 30.04.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.12273 (S/S) of 2018.

When the case is next listed, name of Sri Savitra Vardhan Singh, Advocate be shown in the cause list as counsel for the opposite parties.
