Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has already filed the counter affidavit on behalf of opposite party Nos.1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed rejoinder affidavit to the said counter affidavit, today in the Court, which is taken on record.

Sri Pramendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for opposite party No.7 has filed application under Section 340 Cr.P.C., the same is taken on record.

Sri Sudhir Kumar Mishra, learned counsel has filed the counter affidavit on behalf of opposite party Nos.5 & 6, the same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file the rejoinder affidavit to the said counter affidavit as well as reply to the application filed under Section 340 Cr.P.C.
