Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Present petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 28.3.2018 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Court No. 5, Meerut.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to challenge the impugned order at the time challenging the final order, if the need so arise.

In such view of the matter, present petition stands dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
