Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Notices for opposite party Nos.1 and 2 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel and Sri D.K. Singh Chauhan, learned counsel has accepted notice for opposite party No.3, whereas Sri M.B. Singh, learned counsel has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party No.4, the same is taken on record.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 20.04.2018 passed by the opposite party No.2 whereby, as per learned counsel for the petitioners, the opposite party No.2 in a sear and unwarranted manner without deciding the membership of the general body of the petitioner No.1 in accordance with law, decided the dispute of the election of office bearers, which is not well within the jurisdiction of opposite party No.2.

Let the counter affidavit be filed by the opposite parties within a period of two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within ten days thereafter.

List this case on 03.07.2018 as fresh. On the said date, the interim relief application of the petitioners shall be considered.

When the case is next listed, name of Sri M.B. Singh, Advocate be shown in the cause list as counsel for the opposite parties.
