Heard Sri G.M. Kamil, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notices for opposite party Nos.1, 2 & 4 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel and Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel, has accepted notice for opposite party No.3, whereas Sri Rajeev Singh Chauhan, learned counsel, has accepted notice for opposite party No.5.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for that the opposite parties be directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher (Urdu) against the existing 3500 vacancies in the on going process of recruitment in pursuance of advertisement/ notification issued in the month of January, 2016 in the light of letter dated 28.04.2018, which is contained as Annexure No.9 to the writ petition.

Looking into the aforesaid submission of the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to pass any order during the summer vacation.

Let the counter affidavit be filed by the opposite parties within a period of three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.

List this case in the second week of July, 2018 as fresh.

Interim relief application of the petitioner shall be considered on the next date of listing.
