Heard Sri Dharmendra Kumar Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioners.

Notices for opposite party Nos.-1,3, 5 & 6 have been accepted by the office of learned Chief Standing Counsel and Sri Virendra Kumar Dubey learned Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no.-2, whereas Sri Rajeev Singh Chauhan, learned Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no.-4.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court in the identical manner has passed the order dated 25.05.2018 in Writ Petition No.-15635(SS) of 2018, whereby the petitioners who are Assistant Teachers in Basic School under the Basic Shiksha Parishad, U.P., Allahabad have been granted interim relief that they shall not be forced to perform the duties as Booth Level Officers.

Those orders have been passed before the summer vacations. As the orders were passed at that point of time, but by means of this petition, the petitioners have not enclosed any order wherein the petitioners are being forced to perform the duties as Booth Level Officers.

It has been informed at the Bar that the bunch of writ petitions have been listed for final hearing on 10.7.2018, therefore list this case alongwith Writ Petition No.-15635(SS) of 2018 on 10.07.2018 as fresh.
