Heard Sri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, Advocate holding brief of Sri O.P. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notices for opposite party Nos.1 and 3 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel and notice for opposite party No.2 has been accepted by Sri V.K. Dubey, learned counsel, whereas notices for opposite party Nos.4 & 5 have been accepted by Sri Rajiv Singh Chauhan, learned counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court in the identical manner has passed the order dated 25.05.2018 in Writ Petition No.15635 (S/S) of 2018, whereby the petitioners who are Assistant Teachers in Basic Schools under the Basic Shiksha Parishad, U.P., Allahabad, have been granted interim relief that they shall not be forced to perform the duties as Booth Level Officers.

Those orders have been passed before the summer vacation. As the orders were passed at that point of time, but by means of this petition, the petitioner has not enclosed any order whereby the petitioner is being forced to perform the duties as Booth Level Officer.

It has been informed at the Bar that the bunch of writ petitions have been listed for final hearing on 10.07.2018, therefore, list this case along with Writ Petition No.15635 (S/S) of 2018 on 10.07.2018 as fresh.
