After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri H.A.B. Sinha, learned counsel for the State-respondents and Sri S.B. Pandey, learned counsel representing respondent Nos.2 and 3, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for sometime to file a supplementary affidavit in order to further substantiate his case.

Pleadings have already been exchanged in the matter by filing counter and rejoinder affidavits.

It is admitted to the parties that payment at the rate of Rs.45,00,000/- (forty five lakhs) per hectare has already been made to the petitioners.

Notices need not be sent to the respondents as all the respondents are already represented.
