Heard Sri Manish Mani Sharma, learned counsel for the revisionists and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
In compliance of order dated 29.01.2018 passed by this Court, notices upon opposite party Nos.2 and 3 have already been served and the report to that effect dated 13.02.2018 has been filed by the Incharge, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raebareli.
Despite the service of notices upon the aforesaid opposite parties, no one has put in appearance on their behalf.
Therefore, list this case again in the week commencing 30.07.2018.
If no one puts appearance on behalf of the aforesaid opposite parties, the matter shall be decided without hearing the opposite party Nos.2 and 3.
The Deputy Registrar (Criminal) of this Court is directed to intimate this order to the opposite party Nos.2 and 3 on their postal address within three days.
