Heard Sri Mohit Kumar, plaintiff No.2, who appears in person and Sri Sanjiv Agarwal, learned counsel for the defendants.

Vide order dated 12.12.2018, this Original Suit has been nominated to this bench by Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

There is one connected Testamentary Case bearing No.01 of 2004; Mohit Kumar vs. Mrs. Leelu Kumar & others.  It has been informed at the bar that there is one more Testamentary Case bearing No.3 of 2003; Dr. Dato Mohan Swami vs. State and others, which is not listed today. However, as per learned counsel for the parties that case should also be connected with the Testamentary Case No.01 of 2004.

List all the aforesaid three cases on 10.01.2018, at 12:30 p.m.

In the meantime, the office is directed to seek appropriate orders from Hon'ble the Chief Justice/ Senior Judge in respect of Testamentary Case No.3 of 2003 and Testamentary Case No.01 of 2004.
