Heard Sri Anil Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan, learned counsel for the Committee of Management in question i.e. Colvin Taluqdars' Inter College, Lucknow, Sri G.C. Verma, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.7 to 12 and 14 and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

Sri Anil Srivastava has concluded his arguments on behalf of the petitioner and Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan has also concluded his arguments on behalf of the Committee of Management. Sri G.C. Verma started his arguments on behalf of the private opposite parties and has drawn attention of this Court towards supplementary affidavit filed in the month of November, 2005, which is not traceable in the paper-book.

The State-respondents is yet to argue his case.

If Sri G.C. Verma has filed the aforesaid supplementary affidavit, the office is directed to trace out and place it on record.

Sri G.C. Verma, learned counsel for the private opposite parties states that he shall file the brief synopsis of his stand along with relevant orders of this Court for the convenience.

Sri Anil Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he shall address the Court as rejoinder arguments after conclusion of arguments of Sri G.C. Verma and the learned Standing Counsel.

List/ put up this petition on 17.12.2018 as first case in the supplementary cause list along with Writ Petition No.5281 (M/S) of 2013.
