After the matter was heard at length Shri Surendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has come up with a request that he shall file a revision before the appropriate court in respect of order dated 3.4.2018 and if the same is filed within a month from today, same be heard and disposed of without taking any plea of limitation.

Shri A.N.Mulla, the learned A.G.A has no objection.

This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 3.4.2018 by way of a revision within a month from today which shall be heard and disposed of on merits in accordance with law failing which this order shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this court.

Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order dated 3.4.2018 to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining a xerox thereof.
