Heard Sri M.P. Raju, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn attention of this Court towards Annexure No.5 of the writ petition, which is a Notification dated 12.06.2018, whereby the objection for verification of the documents and the physical standard test for the post of Sub-Inspector, Civil Police & Platoon Commander (PAC) and Fire Brigade IInd Officers, Direct Recruitment, 2016 has been called and the petitioners have submitted their objections pursuant to the aforesaid notification but those objections have not been considered and decided by the Competent Authority.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioners have themselves indicated in para-19 of the writ petition that final result of the examination in question has been declared. However in para-19 of the writ petition, the petitioners have submitted that final result has been declared without deciding the objections of the petitioners.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel prays for and is granted ten days' time to seek complete instructions in the matter.
