It has been noted that the petition has already been dismissed and the review petition has been dismissed by order dated 22.12.2016 for want of prosecution. Thereafter, the application for recall/ restoration has been filed, which has also been dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 17.04.2018 by this Court.
