This Court vide order dated 21.03.2017 granted one week's further time to the learned counsel for the revisionist to take necessary steps for service upon private opposite party.

Despite the specific order being passed by this Court, learned counsel for the revisionist has failed to take steps for service upon private opposite party and, as such, the instant criminal revision has been listed in the cause list under Chapter-XII, Rule 4 of the High Court Rules.

Neither learned counsel for the revisionist is present nor there is any request for adjournment or passing over of the case.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed under Chapter-XII, Rule 4 of the High Court Rules.
