Issue notice to opposite party No.2.

The counsel for the applicants submits that Yogesh Kumari (applicant-3) is wife of Rampoojan Singh (opposite party-2). The applicant-3 was ousted by opposite party-2 from his house on 4.6.017. Thereafter opposite party-2 filed the present case on 12.6.2017 on false allegations although there is no medical report relating to injury.

The matter require consideration.

Till the next date of listing operation of the order dated 11.4.2018 passed in Complaint Case No.1344 of 2018 (Rampoojan vs. Sohanpal and others) under Section 323, 504, 506, 406 IPC, P.S. Baniather, district Sambhal pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Sambhal situated at Chandausi shall remain stayed.

The case is released from the order of assignment.
