Heard Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notice for opposite party No.1 has been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas notices for opposite party Nos.2 and 3 have been accepted by Sri Neeraj Chaurasiya, learned counsel.

Issue notice to opposite party No.4 returnable at an early date, for which, necessary steps be taken within three working days.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has submitted that the competent authority be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization on the post of Daee (Class-IV post) in the educational institution concerned.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his case is squarely covered with the judgment and order dated 17.02.2012 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6461 (S/S) of 2009; Smt. Karma Devi vs. State of U.P. & others.

Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party Nos.2 and 3 prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file the counter affidavit.

List in the week commencing 07.05.2018 as fresh.
