As per contention of the Paragraph No. 2 of the bail affidavit, it appears that applicant has filed first bail Application No. 24313 of 2016 and second bail Application No. 38843 of 2016 which have been rejected by this Court on 3.8.2016 and 5.11.2016 respectively.

This is the third bail application.
