Heard  Sri W.H. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.3  and Sri Arvind  Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for Chairman  of  U.P. Sunni Central Waqf Board  has produced  before this Court the copy of the order dated 4.5.2017 wherein  the earlier order dated  7.3.2017 has been recalled. The order further shows that the meeting of Waqf Board is to take place on 15.5.2017 and the parties may appear  before the Board.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition against the order dated  7.3.2017 does not survive. Parties are at liberty to raise all the objections as may be permissible under the law, before the Waqf Board on the date fixed. 

This petition is disposed of.
