The present writ petition was listed today along with connected writ petition no. 7387 (S/S) of 2005. Writ Petition No. 7387 (S/S) of 2017 is the  leading case along with around 260 cases are connected involving issues regarding appointment of teachers made by Committee of Management after the removal difficulty orders ceased to exist and U.P. Secondary Services Selection Board Act, 1982 came into existence. The matters were decided by this Court by earlier orders, against which large number of Special Appeals (approximately 140) are pending before the Division Bench are connected to leading Special Appeal No. 306 of 2012. All the issues involved in the present bunch of writ petitions which are connected to Writ Petition No. 7387 (S/S0 of 2005 are also pending for decision before Division Bench in Special Appeal No. 306 of 2012 along with other connected Writ Petitions and Special Appeals and all issues are looked into be decided by Division Bench.

Thus, Writ Petition No. 7387 (S/S) of 2005 along with all connected matters and the present writ petition be listed with Special Appeal No. 306 of 2012 before the appropriate Division Bench.

Let a copy of this order be placed in Special Appeal No. 306 of 2012.
