We have heard Sri Prashant Vardhan along with Sri Gopal Verma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.

By means of this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 14.06.2017 passed by Director Bal Vikas Seva and Pushtahar, Lucknow by which the petitioner while working as Child Development Project Officer has been transferred from Mathura to Bijnore.

While assailing the aforesaid order learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the order impugned is vitiated on the following grounds.

(i) The petitioner has not yet completed three year's service, therefore he could not be transferred before completion of the tenure of three years as per recent government policy of transfer.

(ii) Transfer order has neither been passed in public interest nor on administrative ground nor on his personal request.

Learned standing counsel is directed to seek instructions in this matter.
