Issue notice to the respondents by RPAD returnable at an early date.

The appellant shall deposit the entire decretal amount awarded by the Tribunal in M.A.C.No.68 of 2012 within one month from today, out of which 50% shall be invested in an interest fetching account/FDR in a nationalized bank and the balance 50% shall be released to the claimant-respondents forthwith without furnishing any security.

List after six weeks on 29.08.2017

Any amount already deposited shall be given due adjustment towards the total amount.

In case of default in depositing the amount by the appellant as indicated above, the interim order shall stand automatically vacated.
