Shri Shesh Kumar Srivastava, Advocate appears for the respondent nos.1 to 3, who may file a counter affidavit within a month.

Issue notice to the respondent no.4 by RPAD returnable at an early date.

The appellant shall deposit the entire decretal amount awarded by the Tribunal in Workmen's Compensation Claim Petition No.144 of 2014  within one month from today, out of which 50% shall be invested in an interest fetching account/FDR in a nationalized bank and the balance 50% shall be released to the claimant-respondents forthwith without furnishing any security.

List after one month.

Any amount already deposited shall be given due adjustment towards the total amount.

In case of default in depositing the amount by the appellant as indicated above, the interim order shall stand automatically vacated.
