Heard learned counsel for petitioner in person.

In view of the order dated 1.5.2017 the Principal Secretary of the department has now filed an affidavit bringing on record the Office Memorandum  dated 30.06.2017 whereby in order to go into the allegations of alleged misappropriation of funds, a Committee headed by Financial Controller of the Social Welfare Department has been framed and a weeks' time has been given to the said Committee to give its report in this regard.

In view of the aforesaid development as reported to the Court through the said affidavit filed today, let the matter be listed after expiry of aforesaid period, for which learned Standing Counsel shall obtain instructions and file affidavit indicating status of the Committee.
